Pre-Arrangements

When it comes to your final arrangements, shouldn't you make the decisions? The arrangements you make will reflect your exact wishes and desires.  Pre-arranging your own service will help to ease the burden of your loved ones.  It will also alleviate any questions, problems or differences, which can occur among family members. 

Pre-payment, however will not protect you from the rising cost of prices, but it will assist your loved ones with some (if not all) financial burdens. When you plan ahead you know that your wishes will be fulfilled when the account is paid.

In pre-arrangement situations, we must comply with all requirements at the time the funeral arrangements are being made after the death of the individual whom  the pre-need arrangements were made. If the survivor(s) inquire about the goods and services AFTER the pre-planned arrangements are required to pay additional sums, we must give them the CURRENT disclosuers and price lists. 

For example, survivors may be asked to pay additional amounts because "most likely" the prices at the time of death will be differ due to the amout of time that the pre-need arrangements were made and when the actual death occurs.

However, survivors may change arrangements specified in the pre-need plan by adding or subtracting certain goods and or services. The survivors shall be given a CURRENT PRICE LIST (caskets, outer burial containers, etc) as well as an up-to-date GENERAL PRICE LIST at the time of death.
