Tina Louise (Ziegler) Jenkins

Tina Louise Jenkins, age 66, Harrodsburg, widow of Richard Anthony Jenkins, passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2022 at University of Kentucky Bluegrass Care Center in Lexington. Born November 28, 1955 in Fairbanks, AK, she was the daughter of Merle (Simpson) Ziegler and the late Darwin Dale Ziegler. She graduated from Moline High School in Moline, IL, was a factory worker at Timberland in Danville, loved gardening, taking care of her pets, cooking, being with her grandchildren and was a member of the Christian faith.

Survivors other than her mother include a daughter Erin Marie Burton of Harrodsburg; three brothers Jay Allen Ziegler, Dale Ziegler both of Harrodsburg and Eric Troy (Erin) May of AL; three grandchildren Ashley Siera Grace, Burton, Madison Brooke Burton and Savanna Burton all of Harrodsburg and a goddaughter, Jamie Riedell of Davenport, IA. Other than her father Tina was preceded in death by a son Michael Joseph Jenkins.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2022 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Sims Funeral Services. No services are scheduled.
