Rose Daniels, 60, of Gray, KY (Knox County), passed away Friday, October 30, 2020 at the Middlesboro ARH after an extended illness. She was born February 22, 1960, in Middlesboro, KY, the daughter of the late Quillen “Quill” Vanover and Anna Mae Smith Vanover. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Terry Daniels, and brothers Quill Vanover, Jr.; Virgil Vanover, Ernest Vanover and Ben Vanover.
Survivors include: her Longtime Companion, Richard Helton of Corbin; two daughters: Terri Daniels (Doug) Alsman (formerly of Burgin) and Lora Nimety; three sisters Mary (Howard) Warwick, Alma Upton and Peggy (Amos) Henderson; seven grandchildren Dustin Massengill, Jr.; Michael Mize, Kianna Nimety, Brecken Nimety, Brianna Hardaker, Noah Rhodes and Nathan Rhodes; two great grandchildren James Mize and Levi Hamblin; two special nieces Candy Potts and Teresa Lynn Berry and a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at the Cawood Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Justin Warwick presiding. Music will be provided by the Warwick Family.
The family will meet at the Cawood Funeral Home at 10:45 a.m. Thursday, November 5, 2020 for a procession to the Green Hills Memorial Gardens where graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Pallbearers are Justin Warwick, Joe Warwick, D.J. Warwick, David Warwick, Michael Mize and Dustin Massengill, Jr.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 4, at the Cawood Funeral Home located at 112 South 21st Street in Middlesboro, KY.
