Michael Zernickow

Michael Zernickow, age 82, Harrodsburg, husband of Maria Claire (Dana) Zernickow, passed away on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at his home in Harrodsburg. Born August 30, 1938 in Chicago, IL, he was the son of the late Arthur and Jeanette (Kerr) Zernickow. He was a self-employed construction worker, served in the United States Army National Guard, liked to do yard work, building, growing plants and was a Christian.

Survivors other than his wife include: four sons Michael (Judi) Todd Zernickow of Shepherdsville, KY, Mark Zernickow of Lake Tahoe, NV, Richard Zernickow of South Shore Lake Tahoe, NV and Greg (Carol) Zernickow of VA; two brothers Jerry (Rita) Zernickow and Richard (Laurie) Zernickow both of California and five grandchildren.

There will be no visitation or services as a private family gathering will be held in the near future.
