Michael Joe White

Michael Joe White, age 55, Harrodsburg, passed away on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at his home in Harrodsburg. Born December 2, 1965 in Danville, he was the son of Mary Alice (West) White and the late Joe White. He was a graduate of Danville High School in 1983 and was an employee of Bright’s Bottle Gas of Burgin for several years. Michael liked to fish, hunt, cook out on the grill and was a member of the Shakertown Baptist Church.

Other survivors include one daughter Morgan Michelle (Chris) Sadler of Harrodsburg; one son Michael Joe (Sara) White of Harrodsburg; two grandchildren Aubree White and Asher White both of Ohio. Michael was preceded in death by a sister Connie Jean White Taylor.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 pm, Monday, July 12, 2021 at Sims Funeral Services by Bro. Joe Smith. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery in Harrodsburg.

Pallbearers are Kyle Taylor, Gary Taylor, Scott Cross, Donovan Dishon, Jason Boyd, and Trevor Boyd.

Visitation will be Monday, July 12, 2021 from10:00 am until the time of services at Sims Funeral Services.
