Mary Priscilla Logsdon, age 83, Harrodsburg, widow of Sammy Ray Logsdon, passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at her home in Harrodsburg. Born January 18, 1941 in Lebanon, KY, she was the daughter of the late Nolan and Barbara (Ayers) Lamkin. She was a self-employed housewife, liked to do landscape painting and cooking. She was a member of the Catholic Faith.
Survivors include a daughter: Kim (Ed) Weaver of Harrodsburg, and a son Ray (Lynn) Logsdon of AZ; five sisters Mary Cletus Wright of Danville, Wanda Dye of Lebanon, Martha Ann (Robert) Reynolds of AZ, Susie (Tom) Wheatley of Bardstown and Michelle Dunivan of TN; six grandchildren Kara (Scott) Hamlin and Colby (Alicia) Taylor both of Harrodsburg, KY, Nicholas Logsdon and Olivia Logsdon both of AZ, Megan(Andrew) Curtsinger of Danville and Ryan Weaver. She was also survived by nine great-grandchildren. Mary was preceded in death by six brothers Bernie Lamkin, Steve Lamkin, Sonny Lamkin, Tommy Lamkin, Kevin Lamkin, and Tim Lamkin.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:00 pm Friday, May 24, 2024 at Sims Funeral Services with Bro. Derek Baker and Colby Taylor officiating.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm on Friday at Sims Funeral Services.
