Keith W. Sims

Keith W. Sims, age 63, Harrodsburg, passed away at 9:13 am on Sunday, March 1, 2020 at Ephraim McDowell RMC in Danville. Born September 30, 1956 in Harrodsburg, KY, he was the son of Martha Wilson Sims and the late Charles Walker Sims. He was a graduate of Garrard County High School, a self-employed truck driver, enjoyed motorcycling, gardening and camping. Keith was a member of the Community Family Church, Independence, KY.

Survivors in addition to his mother include: one daughter Katelyn Grace Sims of Louisville; one sister Linda Kay (Joe) Cooley of Versailles and one brother Kenneth Lane (Johanna) Sims of Elizabethtown; one grandchild Jaxon Gabriel Sims of northern KY and five nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a son Jacob Lee Sims.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 pm, Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at Sims Funeral Services by Bro. Terry Taylor and Pam Sims. Burial will be in Springhill Cemetery in Harrodsburg.

Visitation will be Wednesday, March 4, 2020 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm at Sims Funeral Services.

Pallbearers are Mark Beers, Ricky Beers, Matt Morrison, Tony Foote, Steve Thorner, and Patrick Murphy.
