John David Million

        John David Million, age 62, Harrodsburg, passed away on Sunday, March 16, 2025 at his home. Born November 3, 1962 in Harrodsburg, he was the son of the late Albert C. and Dorothy Lee (Hood) Million. He was a graduate of Harrodsburg High School, honorably served in the United States Navy, received his bachelor’s and master’s degree from Kentucky State University. John was a teacher for the Mercer County Adult Education and also at the National Business Association. He loved to watch UK basketball and horse racing and was a member of the Harrodsburg Baptist Church.

        Survivors include a daughter: Rachael Nichole Million of TX and a son Christopher Michael Million of New London, CT; two sisters Dianne (Robert) Cannon of Richmond, VA and Pattie Sue (Jimmy) Sanders of Harrodsburg; three brothers Albert (Marcy) Million of Hopkinsville, William (Terri) Million of IL and Robert (LaDonna) Million of Harrodsburg. John was preceded in death by a brother, Gary Lynn Million.

        A gathering of family and friends will be held Thursday, March 20, 2025 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Sims Funeral Services. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery in Harrodsburg.
