Jerry Randall Holt

Jerry Randall Holt, age 70, Harrodsburg, husband of Judy Allen Holt, passed away on Thursday, August 11, 2022 at his home in Harrodsburg. Born November 12, 1951 in Harrodsburg. He was the son of the late Realey Jackson and Lucille Katherine Peavler Holt. He was a 1969 graduate of Harrodsburg High School, was a retired Corning Glass Works employee; loved to fish, feed his birds and squirrels, and loved to play cards. He was a member of the Dry Branch Baptist Church.

Survivors other than his wife include: one stepson Jeff (Samantha) Sims, one sister Dorothy (Bobby) O'Neill and one brother Roy (Eva) Holt all of Harrodsburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Jerry was preceded in death by a sister Marsha Holt Lovett and a brother Alfred Ellis Holt.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 pm, Monday, August 15, 2022 at Sims Funeral Services by Bobby O'Neill. Burial will be in Springhill Cemetery in Harrodsburg.

Pallbearers are Jeff Sims, Lionel Gordon, Jonathan Lovett, Alfred Holt, Scott Holt. Honorary bearers are Roy Holt, Roy Holt Jr. and Bobby O'Neill.

Visitation will be Monday, August 15, 2022 from 11:00 am until the time of services at Sims Funeral Services.
