Dr. Marvin Lautt (MD) Obituary

Dr. Marvin Edward Lautt, 91 years of age, husband of Bonnie (Aubrey) Lautt of Harrodsburg, KY died peacefully on June 28, 2022, in his home. Marvin was a retired Family Physician and Psychiatrist whose medical career started from the East Coast and traveled to the West Coast and ended on the East Coast upon his retirement. Marvin was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel "Charlie" and Faye Lautt and his former wives Betty Lautt and June Nessler.

Survivors include his much beloved children from his former wife, June Nessler: a son Robert (Doriel) Lautt of Piedmont, CA; a daughter Elisan (Greg) Fitch of Redding, CA and his grandchildren Jordan, Noelle, & Sofia Lautt along with blended family children from his deceased wife, Betty Lautt and blended family children with his current wife, Bonnie Lautt in addition to his much-loved brothers and sister David Lautt and Arnold Lautt both of Philadelphia, PA & Paulette Lautt of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Marvin was a wonderful man whose roles as a person, son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, colleague, medical professional and friend was like a roller coaster ride. Marvin would insist that we remember the ups and downs, bends and twists in all our relationships. Any dizzy and/or sick moments were quickly forgotten because we wanted to get back on that ride with Marvin and feel the thrill of his love from having him in our life. Marvin possessed many wonderful qualities that endeared him to those that truly knew and loved him.

Marvin's honesty, generosity, compassion, kindness, and love leaves us with many good memories to comfort us as he sleeps in peace waiting for the next adventure in his future.
