Betty Faye (Mize) Turner

Betty Faye (Mize) Turner, age 82, Harrodsburg, widow of John Perry Turner, passed away on Sunday, January 25, 2026 at Harrodsburg Health Care Center in Harrodsburg. Born February 6, 1943 in Somerset, she was the daughter of the late George Washington and Nancy Elizabeth (Price) Mize. She was a school cafeteria worker for the Magnolia Indiana School District in Magnolia, Texas. Betty loved to crochet and spend time with her grandchildren and was a member of the Reid’s Prairie Baptist Church in Waller, TX.

Survivors include two daughters Temika Turner and Pamela Pate both of Prattville, AL also, two grandchildren Logan Alexander Daniels of Lexington and Evie Lynneth Pate of Prattville, AL.

There will be no visitation or services at this time as the family will have a private gathering at a later date.
