Antonio Lee Dean, age 52, Harrodsburg, son of the late Wilgus Thomas Hayden Sr. and Carolyn (Dean) Chenault Rivera, passed away on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at his home in Harrodsburg. Born June 28, 1968 in Harrodsburg, he was a 1987 graduate of Harrodsburg High School where he was an outstanding running back for Coach Alvis Johnson’s football team. He was a self-employed carpenter and construction worker and loved to fish and to be with his family members, especially for any barbeques.
Survivors include: a son Tyler Lee Dean of Harrodsburg; four sisters Cynthia Ann Chenault of Danville, Tanya Gail Roblero and Angela Hayden both of Harrodsburg and Mariyah Sallee of Richmond; two brothers Jerome Lee Dean of Harrodsburg and Thomas (Christina) Hayden Jr. of Lexington; one granddaughter Aliyah Tyler of Danville; two aunts Christine Dean Edelen and Louise Dean Walker both of Harrodsburg; one uncle Robert Dean of Harrodsburg and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 pm, Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at Sims Funeral Services by Bro. Remont Mays. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery in Harrodsburg.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 12 noon until the time of service at Sims Funeral Services.
