Angela Carol (Pinkston) Hanes

          Angela Carol Hanes, age 61, Harrodsburg, passed away on Friday, December 13, 2024 at Ephraim McDowell RMC in Danville. Born April 27, 1963 in Harrodsburg, KY, she was the daughter of James Lee Pinkston of Harrodsburg and the late Gloria Jean (Darland) Murphy. She was a former employee of Beaumont Inn, Burke’s Bakery and Timberland. She loved to decorate, being outdoors, swimming and playing with her two dogs. She attended the Kirkwood Baptist Church.  

          Survivors other than her father include a daughter Erica Patterson of Henderson, KY; a brother James Keith (Erin Ford) Pinkston of Versailles; a half brother Anthony Wayne Pinkston of Somerset and two granddaughters Kelsey Hopkins of Harrodsburg and Kya Yeast of Louisville.

          Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at Sims Funeral Services by Marc Nations. Burial will follow in the Springhill Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 12:00 noon until the time of services at Sims Funeral Services.
