Lillian Clements, age 78, Harrodsburg, widow of Millard Clements, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at Ephraim McDowell RMC in Danville. Born August 4, 1940 in Deep Creek, KY, she was the daughter of the late John Thomas and Beulah (Key) Smock. She was a graduate of Mackville High School, a co-owner along with Elwood Humphrey of three area restaurants, enjoyed gardening, sewing, quilting and canning and was a member of the Bohon Road Baptist Church.
Survivors include: one son Gary (Lori) Clements of Harrodsburg; one daughter Janet (Michael) Smith of Louisiana; four grandchildren Jonathan Smith, David Smith, Zachary Clements and Katlyn Clements; three great grandchildren Allison Smith, Rebecca Smith and Cassie Smith and several nieces and nephews. Lillian was preceded in death by two brothers Wallace Aaron Smock and William Harvey Smock.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 pm, Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at Sims Funeral Services with Bro. John David Lane and Bro. Justin Fulton officiating. Burial will be in Deep Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Jonathan Smith, David Smith, Zachary Clements, Joe Clements, Steve Clements, David Smock, Carter Logue and Ricky Pike. Honorary bearers are Katlyn Clements, Karen Huffman, Denise Smock, Judy Smock, Louise Smock, Barbara Humphrey, Donna Humphrey and Mildred Pike.
Visitation will be Monday, July 1, 2019 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Tuesday, July 2, 2019 from 9:00 am until the hour of services at Sims Funeral Services.
