Jack Alvin Hughen Sr.

Jack Alvin Hughen, Sr, age 61, Harrodsburg, passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at his home in Harrodsburg. Born June 9, 1958 in Pensacola, FL, he was the son of the late Louis Otis and Jeanette Ellen (Peacock) Hughen. He attended Sunset High School in Dallas, TX, was a self-employed painter and liked old rock and roll music.

Survivors include one son Jack (Nicole) Hughen Jr. of Rosebud, TX, one step-son David (Tammy) Hart of Georgia, one daughter Lacy P. Massey of Houston, TX and a stepdaughter Kristy Hart of Rosebud, TX, one sister Janice Hood of Harrodsburg, three brothers Louis Hughen Jr. of Bonham, TX, Larry (Helen) Hughen of Dallas, TX and Jeff Hughen of Beaumont, TX, eight grandchildren Marcus Hughen Lexi Keener, Jase Hughen, Saylor Salazar, Chance Cobrn, Davis Hart, Riley Hart and Karlie Hart plus several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A memorial service will be conducted 2:00 pm, Thursday, August 1, 2019 at Harrodsburg Community Church,1501 Danville Road in Harrodsburg by Bro. Terry Morrison. Visitation will be 12:00 noon until the hour of service at the church. Arrangements are entrusted to Sims Funeral Services of Harrodsburg.
