Belinda June (Ford) Sullivan

     Belinda June (Ford) Sullivan, age 66, widow of Howard R. Sullivan, passed away Monday, February 19, 2018 at the Ephraim McDowell - James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital in Harrodsburg, KY. Born November 16, 1951 in Lexington, KY, she was the daughter of Edythe VanArsdall Ford and the late Hubert “Buddy” Ford. After graduating from high school, she attended cosmetology school and worked as a beautician then became an attendance clerk for the Harrodsburg Independent School District. Belinda enjoyed gardening, crafting, spending time with her grandchildren and was a member of Burgin Christian Church where she was a deacon and sang in the choir.

     Survivors other than her mother include two daughters: Jennifer (Joe) Fister and Allison Sullivan both of Harrodsburg; one son Mark (Amy) Sullivan of Richmond; two brothers, Greg (Insuk) Ford of North Carolina and Russell (Dee) Ford of Lancaster; five grandchildren, Gunnar Fister, Garrett Fister, Griffin Fister all of Harrodsburg, Ava Ripberger and Lain Sullivan both of Richmond.

    A celebration of life gathering will be held from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Friday February 23, 2018 at Sims Funeral Services. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday February 24, 2018 with Bro. Josh Snyder as spokesperson. Visitation prior to the service will be held Saturday from 9:00 until the hour of service at the funeral home.
