Audrey W. Hensley

Audrey Hensley, age 91, Harrodsburg, widow of the late A.T. Hensley, died Thursday, January 11, 2018 at her home in Harrodsburg. Born November 25, 1926 in Oneida, KY, she was the daughter of the late Phillip and Della (Hensley) Wilson, a graduate of Oneida High School, a former employee of the State Bank and Trust Company, a member of the Order of Eastern Star, and a member of the Harrodsburg Baptist Church.

Survivors include: two daughters, Faye (Michael) Crawford of Lawrenceburg, KY and Phyllis Boatright of Cape Coral, FL, two sisters, Martha (Charles) Sims of Harrodsburg, KY and Sally Wilson of Nashville, TN; two grandchildren Joy (Brett) Brocksmith and Amy (Paul) Fields both of Lawrenceburg, KY; one great-granddaughter, Savannah Crawford of Lawrenceburg, KY and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Walter Hensley, two brothers Ben Wilson and Leroy Wilson, two sisters, Pearl Reed and Joyce Votaw and a son-in-law, Tom Boatright.

Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 pm, Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Manchester Memorial Gardens, 400 Richmond Road in Manchester, KY with burial to follow. Pallbearers are nephews and other relatives. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 17, 2018 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Sims Funeral Services.
