Anthony Norman Rentas

Anthony Norman Rentas, age 71, Harrodsburg, widower of Anna Coleman Rentas, died Friday, January 12, 2018 at his home. Born December 31, 1946 in Hammond, IN, he was the son of the late William and Alice Rentas. He was a certified auto mechanic for both Ford Motor and General Motors manufacturing companies, a US Air Force veteran of the Viet Nam War and was a member of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include: one daughter Christine D. Rentas of Crab Orchard; one sister, Maureen (Bill) Young of Harrodsburg and a nephew, James (Laurie) Stumbo of Harrodsburg. He was preceded in death by a son, Anthony Rentas Jr.

Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 am Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at Camp Nelson National Cemetery in Nicholasville by Bro. Davey Graham with military rites. Burial will follow in the Camp Nelson National Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
