Ruth (Wooten) Zanone

Ruth "Johnnie" Zanone, age 94, Harrodsburg, widow of Jack C. Zanone, died Thursday, November 16, 2017 at Signature Health Care Center in Harrodsburg. Born December 10, 1922 in Hazard, KY, she was daughter of the late Dan and Sarah (Bowling) Wooten.

Survivors include: one daughter, Carolyn (Brennan) Royalty of Harrodsburg, KY, two sons, Wes (Judy Woosley) Zanone of Lexington, KY and Dan (Sherry) Zanone of Flagstaff, AZ; eleven grandchildren, Ann Carrillo of CA, Christie Price and Carrie Thomas both of KY, Damian Zanone of TN, Sarah Zanone, Abigial Lockard, Hannah Cartier and Isaiah Zanone all of AZ and Dan and Charlie Royalty both of KY; thirteen great-grandchildren; three nephews, Charles Snodgrass of Cincinnati, OH, Clay Wooton of Pensacola, FL and Guy Colson of Lexington, KY.

Memorial services will be conducted at a later date in the Lancaster Cemetery located in Lancaster, KY.
