LELIA ELIZABETH (McCLEARY) HOLTZE

             Lelia McCleary Holtze, 65, formerly of Harrodsburg, widow of the late Howard Holtze, died Monday, October 3, 2016, at the Frankfort Regional Medical Center. Born November 12, 1950, in Wilmington, Del., she was the daughter of the late George Emmett and Macy Keithley McCleary. She was a former manager at a group home in Maryland, was a school bus driver and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.

            Survivors include: one son, Kevin (Bambi) Phibbs Sr. of Lawrenceburg; one daughter, Michele (David) Waters, of Lawrenceburg; one brother, John (Cathy) McCleary of Richmond; one sister, Beverly McCleary of Lawrenceburg; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

            Funeral services were held Saturday, October 8, at Sims Funeral Services with Brother Mark Wells officiating.  Burial was in the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery
