John Edward Bryant

John Edward Bryant, age 62, Danville, KY formerly of Harrodsburg,KY son of John Lee Bryant died Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at Ephraim McDowell RMC in Danville. Born January 8, 1955 in Cleveland, OH, he is the son of John Lee Bryant of Bowling Green, KY and the late Annetta (Price) Bryant. He was a 1973 graduate of Harrodsburg High School where he was active in many athletic programs, was a former employee of Northwest Georgia Regional Hospital in Rome, Georgia, Mohawk Industries in Dalton, Georgia, A.T.R. and Burke’s Bakery in Danville, KY.

Survivors other than his father include: three sisters: Roxanne Bryant Tabbs of Danville, KY, Janice Denise Bryant of Atlanta, GA and Joann Stigall of Harrodsburg, KY; two brothers: George Bryant of Wendell, NC and David (Ellenor) Bryant of Bowling Green, KY.

Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 pm, Friday, April 14, 2017 at Sims Funeral Services by Elder J. D. Short III, Pastor of the Centennial Baptist Church in Harrodsburg, KY. Visitation will be Friday, April 14, 2017 from 2:00 pm until the time of service at Sims Funeral Services
